We wanted to know how many sick days we had left, but we didn't know the hassle that went into getting us that information.

When we realized our employer was using a combination of physical ledgers, spreadsheets and text documents, meticulously cross-checking and updating the information in order to print us out a report, we knew there had to be a better way.

We set out to construct a simple database and application to simplify this process, and ultimately created a scalable solution for a variety of businesses.

This application allows organization administrators or HR personell to keep track of employee Paid-Time-Off. Currently, this includes Sick Days, Vacation Days, Holidays, Personal days, "Other days" (of course), PTO Hours and COMP Hours.

We think we've covered all possible options for the time-off categories but if you think we are missing something just let us know so that we can add it.

Each organization can choose which types of day/hour options they prefer to use.

Time-Off can be added with decimal-point accuracy to accommodate quarter-day sick days or 15 minutes of a PTO hour (hey boss, can I leave 15 minutes early today?).
