Organization Settings

Organization administrators have various settings that can be configured to accomodate their specific use case.

Timing of the Year

Many organizations follow the normal calendar year beginning January through December. Many schools, on the other hand, follow a July through June year cycle. Both of these situations are possible, as well as some variations. Administrators can select which month their organization's year begins.

At this time, the only requirement is that the year spans 12 months. Ex. Jan-Dec, Mar-Feb, July-Jun, etc.

Time-Off Types

There are currently 7 types of time-off options (Days: Sick, Vacation, Personal, Holiday & Other; Hours: PTO & Comp).

Administrators can choose which days to use on an organization level, using the hide/show option for each type. Each type can optionally be configured to rollover, so that certain time-off types can accrue year over year.

Reports

Generate PDF reports for each employee that can be downloaded and/or emailed to the employee. Administrators can also assign a code for each employee that will allow the employee to check their time-off report at any time.

Batching Reports allows adminstrators the ability to generate reports for multiple employees collectively, rather than individually. For organizations with large numbers of employees, this saves a considerable amount of time.

Multiple Administrators

Access controls allow for multiple administrators for your organization. Additionally, sub-administrators can be restricted to specific groups of employees within your organization.
